Ho’ponopono: A Prayer for Black Lives Matter

Ho’ponopono is an ancient Hawaiian prayer for forgiveness and reconciliation. Traditionally it was used by indigenous Hawaiian healers. Its meaning is “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I thank you. I love you.” As the Black Lives Matter movement has globally expanded, this prayer can be a good practise for people to delve inside to take accountability, heal and release.
